When using this website, technical data such as IP address, network latency, date and time may be processed. This supports load balancing, security, error analysis and reliable system operation. IP addresses are stored for up to 14 days where necessary.

When you use our contact or trial request form, we process your name, email address, organization, selected area of interest and any message to respond to your inquiry. For trial requests, we also process the number of your pharmacies to prepare trial access. For trade fair offers and waiting lists, we process your pharmacy name and email address to handle the requested offer or waiting list entry and contact you about it. The inquiry is sent to us by email. Processing is based on handling pre-contractual inquiries (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) or our legitimate interest in responding to other inquiries (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Contract-related or legally relevant inquiries are retained in line with statutory requirements; other inquiries are generally retained for up to 24 months.

The public website itself does not set cookies or store usage profiles in local or session storage. No analytics or marketing services are embedded. Fonts, images and scripts are served locally. The separately accessible Insight portal uses a technically necessary session for sign-in.
