Training new team members
Faster onboarding into products, indications and workflows. Always available and individually usable.
The AI-native knowledge and workflow platform for pharmacies in Germany
true+ turns knowledge from QMS, PDFs, websites and teams into one structured system. That makes answers reliable, workflows standardised and knowledge usable in daily operations for the whole team.
Afterwards from €119 per month for the main pharmacy, each additional branch €19 per month.
Why Now
Knowledge is spread across systems, PDFs, websites, habits and individual people. Answers depend on who is on shift, standards are not consistently lived and new staff need too long to become productive with confidence.
Important information sits in PDFs, QMS documents, websites, trainings and in the heads of individual people instead of one shared system.
Whether a question is answered quickly and reliably often depends on who is there and what this person happens to know.
Onboarding, standards and product confidence take too long because knowledge is not structured and accessible in the moment it is needed.
If information is not reliably available at the moment of work, workflows remain slow, person-dependent and difficult to map cleanly.

The strongest use cases are where teams lose time every day: searching, writing, prioritising, explaining and following up.

Questions that matter

What makes true+ different
true+ is not a generic AI tool and not a search layer for PDFs. It structures approved internal knowledge, makes it usable for teams and keeps answers understandable in real pharmacy operations.
true+ works with approved internal content, defined sources and clear roles. That keeps answers controllable and usable in operations.
Instead of only finding documents or text passages, true+ bundles the relevant source context into one clear answer for the concrete situation.
Brains, permissions and roles make knowledge usable across the team. Quality no longer depends on individual people or their personal prompting style.
true+ keeps content, responsibilities and use cases structured, so answers stay understandable for everyday work and quality assurance.
From scepticism to standard.
true+ does not ask the loud questions, it asks the right ones. That is what matters in everyday pharmacy work. AI is coming, and with true+ pharmacists keep professional responsibility.
What convinced me most is the calm it brings to the team. Knowledge is easier to access, internal questions become clearer and new staff gain confidence faster, without losing the human quality of counselling.
A lot of people talk about AI as a major future topic. It only becomes relevant when it creates reliable standards, traceable answers and real relief in everyday operations. That is exactly where true+ starts.
How true+ makes knowledge usable in daily operations
Behind the scenes, true+ works as a RAG-powered AI system for pharmacies: content is structured, semantically indexed, organised into Brains and delivered into daily work with clear roles and permissions.
Website, QMS, PDFs, trainings and internal know-how are integrated as an approved knowledge base.
Content is segmented, semantically indexed and retrieved with source context for the right question.
Use cases are organised into Brains, released by role and rolled out to teams or across the pharmacy.
At the counter, in the back office and on mobile, questions, documents, images and answers come together in one interface.
Answers are grounded in approved content, roles and Brains so they stay traceable and usable in real operations.
Images, documents and follow-up questions can be handled directly in the conversation, including on mobile.

FAQ
The most important answers on the EU AI Act, prompting, data, sources, security and operating true+ in everyday pharmacy work.
Wählen Sie eine Kategorie aus, um die passenden Fragen und Antworten zu sehen.
The EU AI Act sets the framework for responsible AI use. In pharmacy practice, the pharmacist remains fully responsible for processes and decisions, even when AI tools are used.
Important topics include risk assessment, transparency, accountability, staff competence, privacy, medicinal safety, professional ethics and liability. AI must not be used for prohibited practices, discrimination or unsafe recommendations.
Start with a structured risk analysis: where AI is used, what could go wrong and what consequences this might have for staff, processes and patients.
That should be backed by training, clear ownership, documented procedures and regular reviews or audits.
true+ is built specifically for pharmacies and their workflows, standards and advisory processes.
Instead of acting like a generic public model, it works with your approved knowledge base and is designed for privacy, traceability and pharmacy-specific use.
No. true+ does not change its core intelligence through prompts alone.
Better prompting still improves results, but new knowledge comes from approved websites, uploaded PDFs and other content you intentionally provide.
Yes: ask clearly, directly and as specifically as possible. The more precise the input, the more precise the answer can be.
If the first answer is not enough, refine your follow-up question with more context.
You can upload PDFs and approve websites whose content you trust. It helps to keep a clean file structure and clear naming from the start.
A good practical approach is to upload content in smaller steps and test it immediately through real questions.
Yes. PDFs can be deleted and website approvals can be revoked at any time.
Because of that, consistent naming and documentation of your knowledge sources are important from day one.
true+ is hosted only on servers in Germany, particularly at Hetzner, so data stays within the EU.
The system is also designed not to pull in uncontrolled external sources during daily use.
Content is added manually through your access: for example via PDF uploads or by approving selected websites.
Source traceability matters, so files and sources should be documented clearly.
true+ does not freely browse outside sources while working. It combines pharmaceutical base knowledge with the content you explicitly provide.
When delivered, it does not yet know your internal pharmacy knowledge unless you add it.
Your internal pharmacy data is stored on servers in Germany and protected by technical and organisational safeguards.
No, this data is not reused for other customers or other purposes.
The customer remains responsible for ensuring that uploaded documents can be used lawfully.
If issues arise with documents or processing, true+ supports customers through a ticketing workflow and regular updates.
